But, what is a Brussels Griffon? (http://www.akc.org/breeds/brussels_griffon/index.cfm)
A Griffon is an intelligent, alert, sturdy, toy dog recognized for having an almost human expression. There are two distinct types of coat: rough or smooth. Except for coat, there is no difference between the two. Their eyes are distinctive with long, black eyelashes and black, edged eyelids. They have domed foreheads and extremely short noses
. The rough coat is wiry and dense, the harder and more wiry the better. The smooth coat is straight, short, tight and glossy, with no trace of wiry hair. The possible coat colors are Red, Belge (black and reddish brown mixed, usually with black mask and whiskers), Black and Tan, or Black.  Please see our parent pages to see our Belge rought coat female Sassy and our black rough coat female Sabina!!!!!
